The rise of AI-generated visuals has opened new creative opportunities, making it easier to craft engaging content and immersive narratives.
Two of my latest projects illustrate how AI-driven illustrations and animations function as powerful branding tools, rather than just artistic experiments.
1. AI-Generated “Photography” for The Best of Poland (Naj Naj Polska)
Designed as a cultural branding project, The Best of Poland (Naj Naj Polska) presents the country’s most iconic places, traditions, and symbols. My role involved creating a wide range of AI-generated visuals, helping define Poland’s cultural identity through imagery.

The AI Challenge: Controlling Visual Language in Advertising
Working across multiple artistic styles, I developed historical Slavic warriors, Polish hussars, modern photography-inspired food images, and artistic collages. While AI offered incredible possibilities, several key challenges emerged:
- Cultural & Historical Accuracy – Representing Polish history, costumes, and symbols correctly required meticulous adjustments to AI-generated outputs.
- Food Photography & AI Limitations – Many Polish dishes lack direct representations in AI models trained on English-language datasets. Generating realistic, appetizing visuals meant refining prompts, retouching details, and making manual adjustments.
- Visual Consistency in Branding – Though AI excels at creating individual images, ensuring a cohesive book aesthetic involved curation, art direction, and design oversight.

AI-Powered Research: A Smarter Way to Explore Culture
To streamline research for Naj Naj Polska, I turned to Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. These AI-driven tools efficiently sorted historical references, cultural details, and niche facts. Despite their usefulness, I still needed to fact-check and refine every detail manually, ensuring accuracy and depth in storytelling.
Poland as a Brand: A National-Level Advertising Project
Beyond an illustrated book, Naj Naj Polska functioned as a branded content campaign for Poland, positioning it as a place of deep history, cultural richness, and artistic heritage. AI-generated visuals played a key role in creating a cohesive and compelling national image.

2. AI-Driven Animation & Graphics for the Canal+ Film Apple Prisoners (Więźniowie Jabłek)
A bold creative experiment, Apple Prisoners (Więźniowie Jabłek) required a blend of AI-assisted animation, illustration, and branding elements. Acting as writer, director, and visual creator, I developed a world where history, myth, and advertising coexisted through AI-generated storytelling. Created for Canal+ VOD, the film incorporated AI-generated illustrations, animations, title sequences, and end credits, with one-third of the total visuals produced using AI tools.

The AI Challenge: Blending History, Advertising & Visual Identity
Unlike traditional commercial ads, this project demanded historically accurate visuals while subtly promoting Polish apples—a national symbol—through branded storytelling. The biggest challenges included:
- Era-Specific Aesthetics – AI-generated imagery needed to reflect historical periods accurately, from ancient civilizations to modern times.
- Cinematic vs. AI Animation – Blending AI-generated stills with animated sequences required strong art direction to maintain narrative flow.
- Branding through Storytelling – Instead of direct advertising, Polish apples were presented as a symbolic theme, integrating branding into entertainment-driven storytelling.
Branded Content in the Age of AI
This project reinforced the idea that advertising doesn’t need to be explicit. Instead, branded content thrives within cinematic narratives, immersive experiences, and AI-assisted storytelling. Leveraging tools like Runway, Pika AI, and Midjourney, I crafted visuals that not only supported the narrative but also enhanced the film’s brand identity.
Why AI-Driven Creativity Matters
The creative industry constantly evolves, adapting to new technological advancements. From print advertising to CGI-driven campaigns, and now AI-powered visuals, each innovation expands creative potential.
Rather than replacing human creativity, AI acts as a tool to accelerate ideation, execution, and refinement. The most exciting part? Not just faster image generation, but how AI reshapes storytelling, branding, and advertising strategies.
By bridging imagination and execution, AI makes it possible to visualize ideas instantly, refine concepts efficiently, and break creative limitations. Whether promoting a country’s cultural heritage or embedding branding within cinematic storytelling, AI transforms the way we communicate visually.
